Ready to feel better about your eyes?!
As a new parent of an eleven-month old, I have been struggling to find time to sit down and do leisure reading, and so when I came across this article with a few tips that can help me feel better about my eyes, I thought I must share this with you. I already do five of the eight recommended tips, and it does make a difference in how my eyes feel. I use the computer for a good majority of my working hours, I did find that resting 20 seconds after 20 minutes of staring at the monitor helps relieve my eyes of unnecessary eye strain (I also started using my new Eyezen lenses with blue light protection, more on that on a later blog). I need to work on tip #5 and start being a bit more active, although my son does have me running up and down the stairs more now than ever! Try some of these out yourself and lets work on having healthy eyes for a long time!
